  • Storytelling with Impact: Wednesday, April 1, 9am – noon
    Learn how to make your story stand out at this training. We will show you how to turn a story from just another spiel into something that will captivate the media as well as potential funders and volunteers.
  • Spokesperson Training: Wednesday, April 8, 9am – noon
    When the media calls, will you be ready to interview like a professional? This workshop will teach you how to stay on message and in control, while sharpening your stories to increase you organization’s visibility.
  • Essential Social Media – Twitter: Wednesday, April 29, 9am – noon
    Have you started tweeting? Do you know where to start? Twitter is a powerful online tool that can help your organization promote events, raise funds and design programming by discovering and engaging in conversations about your issues. This class will help the beginner and intermediate social media communicators easily fold Twitter into their daily workflows and their organization’s communication plans.
  • Social Media Bootcamp: Friday, May 1, 8 & 15, 9am – noon
    Our Social Media Bootcamp was so popular that the first round sold out. Register early to reserve your spot! This series of three workshops will introduce you to the basics of creating a communications plan and policy, which platforms are best for your audience and how to most effectively use them, and how to create and curate effective visual and written content.
