We’re moving into these holidays, worried about the economy, but ready to mark the season with social gatherings, gift sharing and much good will. Looking for a way to support social justice while engaging the season? Of the many holiday festivals, concerts or gift bazaars you may of heard of, one in particular supports local artisans while promoting community aspirations. To mark its tenth anniversary, the Pilsen Alliance is hosting the Chicago Co-Op Holiday Market.Joining us tonight on Community, Media and You to talk about supporting local artisans while developing grassroots leadership are Corina Pedrza and Paola Valera.
