_Gary Arnold
Since 1999, Gary Arnold has worked at Access Living, a non-profit disability rights center for service and advocacy. He has worked as the organization’s public relations coordinator since 2001. As the public relations coordinator, Gary coordinates the organization’s media outreach, produces the organization’s newsletter The Bullhorn, organizes special projects, and facilitates internal and external communication.
In addition to his work with Access Living, Gary is the Vice President of Public Relations for Little People of America, Inc., the largest national organization representing people of short stature. As a member of LPA’s Executive Committee, Gary serves as the organizational spokesperson, edits the quarterly magazine, LPA Today, oversees the organization’s Advocacy Committee, and represents LPA on the Justice For All Action Network, a coalition of national consumer led disability rights organizations.
He also serves on the Development Committee for Crossroads Fund, a public foundation that supports community organizations working for economic and social justice.
